Getting started
Do I need selling experience or a product idea?
You can start with neither. Ecomli helps you research products, prepare listings and learn the workflow. Private Discord access and Ecomli support are included. The Learning hub is in preparation; video lessons are not available yet.
Does Ecomli connect to eBay’s API?
No. This release is non-API only. Ecomli works through the browser extension and your signed-in eBay session. There is no eBay API authorisation step or separate API mode to switch to later.
What do I need to run the extension?
Use a supported desktop Chromium browser, such as Chrome, with the Ecomli extension installed. Sign in to Ecomli and your eBay seller account in the same browser profile. Keep the browser open, your computer awake and the internet connected while tasks run.

Where can I find products?
Product Hunting supports eBay seller research, Amazon keywords and product pages, and AliExpress stores. Use the available filters, review supplier matches, save a hunt or export results, then send selected products into Create Listings.
How does researching another eBay seller work?
Start with the seller’s store or listings. Ecomli gathers the available product and sales information and helps you review supplier matches. Choose the products you want to prepare; research and selection are separate from publishing.
What does the AI do for my listings?
Ecomli’s AI uses source product details to draft titles and descriptions. You can review and edit the wording and use description templates and branding tools to shape the presentation. AI copy does not guarantee search rankings or sales.
How soon could I make my first sale?
There is no fixed timeline. Demand, pricing, listing quality and your store all matter. Start with products you have researched, review your listings, and bring questions to the community or Ecomli support as you work through what to improve.
Running your store
What happens when supplier prices or stock change?
Start a Stock Monitoring run. Ecomli checks supplier prices and availability and applies your repricing, out-of-stock and restocking settings. Review the update results and any items that need attention.
Does non-API mean my account cannot be flagged?
No tool can guarantee that. Non-API describes how Ecomli works: through your browser, without an eBay API connection. eBay’s seller policies still apply. Safety Shield screens for flagged brands and restricted items before publication; it is a checkpoint, not a guarantee of account safety.
How do order management and Auto Ordering fit together?
Orders brings together order status, supplier costs, fees, advertising charges, refunds and recorded profit. Starter uses manual ordering. Pro adds Basic Auto Ordering, which you start by clicking Auto Order in your browser. Scale includes Advanced Auto Ordering, handled in real time on Ecomli’s servers after you sign in to your buyer accounts on our secure platform. Auto Ordering includes buying preferences, purchase-price and loss limits, and purchase status. Orders outside your limits need manual handling.
Which marketplaces is this release built for?
Ecomli is built for selling on eBay. Amazon and AliExpress are product sources in the extension, not additional selling channels. Choose the marketplace available for your account during setup.
Can I use multiple stores or work with a team?
Starter and Pro include one eBay account. Scale includes 3 eBay account seats and 1 VA seat, with 10,000 monthly imports shared across accounts. Extra monthly imports, eBay accounts and VA seats can be added through Billing in the extension settings.
